What a Weird Vehicle

So I drove my old truck to work today in anticipation that the local furniture store would have a twin sized box spring and bed frame that I could take home today. So normally when I drive my Civic I turn on the lights regardless of time of day or weather. So I did that with the truck today on the way to work. When I got into work I had a feeling that I left the lights on but didn't run out immediately because I had only been in work an hour or so. So then I went out and sure enough I left the lights on. I checked to see if the truck would start but no dice. I called AAA and scheduled a jump. 10 minutes before arriving, they gave me a call and I went out to the truck. I opened the door and noticed that the dome light came on which doesn't happen if your battery is dead. So I put the key in and presto, the truck starts. The truck is weird in so many ways...
