The Language of Children

I was reading a site where there was a discussion concerning the pronunciation of "nuclear." A few people were all like, "English is a living language and mispronunciations is part of the development and blah blah blah..." When I hear "nucular" in stead of "nuclea" I wonder if these people also say "pasghetti" instead of "spaghetti."
