They Do Not Read This Blog

I'm trying to write a letter to friends that I've neglected in the past year or so. I want to tell them that my situation has made it so that it's difficult to find the energy to put in the work required to maintain friendships. It's not that I don't want to have friends or that I want to alienate my friends, it's just that I'm tired. I guess it sounds like I don't care enough about my friendships to scrounge up the energy. But it's not true. I'm just sapped.
What should I say to them?
