The Wheels Turn Slowly

The abbreviation for the school where I work is "KSC." Some (many) people like to say it stands for "Kinda Sorta College."

Now that "Summer" is here there is a groundswell of professional development type activity on campus. I just got back from a brainstorming session concerning training. There are HUGE gaps in training on our campus. The session involved breaking into small groups and writing on large tablets of paper. This is how things go on this campus. That or a committee is formed. And sub-committees. They love committees around here.

Tomorrow (or Friday) the "Training Committee" is going to send us all a survey related to today's session. Whoopee.
