This weekend BIL the Elder sent along the bottom-line quotes from 2 builders (go back and read this top entry). Well, actually he just received one of the quotes and has had the other for a week. He didn't forward the first quote right away because it "seemed high." How high? $119,000. So what is the second quote? $113,000. For a bathroom, a bedroom and a sitting room...?

Both of these quotes are more money than BIL the Elder paid for his house.
