4:12 pm Oh, I forgot to mention the large glass of wine I found hidden in the hutch over the desk in her bedroom yesterday. LARGE glass... I've been trying to avoid the topic of my MIL but I just can't... She tried to burn down my house again yesterday. The Man and I came home from work and as soon as I walked into the house I could smell the smell of burning. I flew into the kitchen thinking something was actively cumbusting away on the stove. Thankfully nothing was there. The burning had taken place hours before. She forgot the boiling eggs again. Egg shells were all over the kitchen along with hardened plastic-like pieces of egg innards. She never tells us this happens. And she thinks she can hide the evidence by taking the burnt pot and secreting it away in the garage or her closet. I guess she thinks we won't find it or that we won't notice the smell. Want to know what severely burned eggs smell like? Wet and singed dog... I just made the enormous mistake of eating a bran muffin immediately after eating a blueberry muffin. Correction: I partially ate a bran muffin immediately after eating a blueberry muffin. You just can not do that shit. |
