Evil Twin Disappears, Nice Lady Returns

Go ahead, go read yesterday's entries. click

All last evening and most of today my MIL was mad at me concerning some perceived slight. Around 3pm I left the house to go grocery shopping. Within 15 minutes I received a phone call from The Man telling me that my MIL had just called him, sounded out of control and hung up on him (she said, "You ruined me life! Oh, God!" click). He suggested that I did not need to turn around but he wanted to know if there was anything he needed to know about the day. I told him that when I left she seemed mad but not out of control. When I got home from the store, the door that is not normally locked was locked. I guess she thought she would lock me out. Too bad I carry a house key with me.

Well, lo and behold, at around 6pm tonight my MIL comes out of her room and tells me that she's sorry. Not because she was mad at me, but because she thought The Man had told her that I was driving her back to NJ today, but then she realized that she got confused and he told her that I would take her to the store today. She was sorry that she didn't help me with the packages... Seems she doesn't recall anything about the perceived slight of yesterday.

I'm thinking about believing in God because I need something to give me strength through this.
